Payment Methods Online orders may be paid using MasterCard or Visa. Return PolicyWe will gladly accept any unopened display boxes within 15 days of receipt for exchange or refund. Please send an e-mail to info@marielsblisscuits.com for a return authorization number. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Packages that are opened will not be accepted for return and will not be eligible for exchange or refund. All returns or exchanges must be in their original cartons and contain all original product packaging. Damaged ShipmentsIf your Mariel's Blisscuits arrive with obvious damage to the shipping carton, please refuse delivery. The carrier will return the damaged product to us and we will ship a replacement to you immediately when it arrives at our warehouse. If you accept a shipment which does not have any obvious external damage and find damaged display boxes within a shipping carton, please contact us to obtain a return authorization number. After we receive your returned carton, we will immediately ship a replacement carton to you. In the case of damaged products which are replaced, there is no restocking fee. Privacy PolicyYour privacy is important to us. We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete your order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to ship the product and to confirm delivery.
